✨ Our Story – The Journey of Vinkarachi Paithani Digital Studio

Abhijeet Anbhule, born and brought up in Yeola, is a working professional based in Pune’s IT Park. Once an Ex-Infosys employee, he lived the corporate life. But deep inside, a purpose kept calling — to bring the handloom legacy of his weaver community into the digital world.

🌱 It all began on 16th May 2016...

In 2016, he started a humble Facebook page named “Vinkarachi Paithani”, with a simple aim — to showcase the beautiful sarees crafted by his childhood friends and local weavers from Yeola.

But back then, there was no family support, no funds, and the dream had to be paused.

🌅 A new sunrise in lockdown

During the 2020 Covid-19 lockdown, stuck at home, he reopened the old Facebook page and uploaded a video — and to his surprise, it went viral. That moment brought a new ray of hope and courage.

The sarees began to get noticed. People started asking for orders. So, he decided to build a simple static website — not for selling directly, but to showcase the catalog, tell the story, and build trust.

💡 Birth of the Digital Studio

This wasn't just about sarees anymore. It became a mission to build a one-stop Digital Studio –
where the customer could:

Explore a full curated collection
Ask for personal recommendation
Track the parcel till doorstep
Build a long-term relationship based on trust

Soon, customers started requesting powerloom sarees too — and instead of letting them visit multiple shops and waste time, Vinkarachi Paithani offered everything in one place with quality check, trust, and personal care.

The journey expanded with local event sponsorships in Pune, custom calendars, and even collaborations with social media influencers – all while staying true to the root values:
